Day 7-Threshold

Last week, I was on a Mountain in upstate New York, and something happened to me that I still don’t fully understand.

I think I went somewhere, and I think I came back different…

I’m not ready to explain all of it yet, but I think what I experienced, this idea that body and soul aren’t separate but married, matters. Not just for me, for all of us.
